Create a solution that uses digital technologies (cell phones, internet, etc.) to empower neighborhoods and to support Houston’s law enforcement community to decrease violent and property-related crimes (i.e. Murder, Rape, Robbery, Aggravated assault, Burglary, Theft, Auto theft) in Houston.
